This Data Privacy Policy tells you what data we collect from you in connection with our game apps ("Apps"). It also tells you how that data is processed and used. Protecting your data is important to us.

In the context of using our app, we collect the following non-personal data:
IP addresses with time stamps
Statistical information about the device you use for the respective app, e.g. platform, device number, device type, operating system, screen resolution, date, time, length of use, frequency of use
Data will not be used for personal use but rather only for the statistical analysis of anonymous data.
We save IP addresses and related online information for a maximum time frame of six months in accordance with our legal obligation to retain records. Furthermore, data can be saved due to reasons of data security in order to ensure the stability and operational reliability of our system,
Data usage
We use your personal data
to provide services and to bill you for our services;
to design and improve our offer in a way that is suitable to one's needs in anonymous and/or pseudonymous form;
to fulfill legal obligations, in particular to meet the legal obligation to retain records.
Furthermore, we use your data in order to communicate with you. These include in particular the provision of assistance and support as well as the provision of important information about your contract.
Usage-based online advertising
The advertising in this app is optimized by the anonymous collection and processing of your usage patterns to forecast your interests. To this end, we work with advertisers who use cookies, web beacons and/or similar means to fulfill their duty of working on our behalf to collect statistical information on the platform, device type, operating system, etc. as well as on your use of the app and advertising.
In this way, we can provide you with advertisements you may be interested in and which also match your interests ("usage-based online advertising"). Under no circumstances shall personal data (your name, address, email address, etc.) be saved. IP addresses shall be anonymized in order to rule out data being related to individuals.

We use affiliates associated with the Bigpoint Group to provide services on our behalf and to develop and improve our games. The Bigpoint Group-affiliated companies are committed to the confidential and secure handling of your data and may only use your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its mission.
Platforms and social networks
Our apps are offered on various app and software platforms such as Apple's "App Store" and Google's "Play Store" and social networking sites such as "Facebook". When you visit such a platform or social network, register yourself there, or use the platform or social network, each platform or social network collects and uses the personal data required. We're also offering you the opportunity to sign up for our services through Facebook Connect. Right of revocation, deletion of data

We delete your personal data, insofar as the data is no longer required or you have requested its deletion. Please note that data cannot be deleted if retention requirements exist or they are still required by us for the billing of services.
